I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, but I found it slightly unsettling to hear people running around and making noise in their rooms. The service was professional and kind overall, although one staff member appeared annoyed when I requested follow-up assistance. The location was fantastic, close to downtown, the airport, and major highways, but I was a bit disappointed that there were some disturbances around the customer service desk area. The dining options were not complimentary and seemed overpriced, with mediocre quality food provided. Overall, the facilities were good, but there were occasional issues with noise levels and customer service discrepancies.
